Terms of Use and Sale
The practical rules for using this website and purchasing our digital products.
Last updated: 13 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of buildfromabroad.com and to digital products supplied under the Build From Abroad brand by Bright Bridge. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.
2. Educational purpose
Our books, templates, classes, tools and examples provide general education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, regulated financial or investment advice. You remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice and checking the laws, costs and market conditions relevant to your business.
3. No guarantee of results
Business involves risk. We do not promise that an idea will be profitable, that a vendor will perform, or that using a framework will produce a particular financial result. Examples and projections are illustrative, not guarantees.
4. Digital purchases
Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Checkout, payment processing and digital delivery are handled by Payhip. Any additional checkout terms displayed before payment also apply.
Digital access normally begins immediately after payment. Your statutory rights are not affected. Cancellation rights for instantly supplied digital content may differ once you have expressly requested immediate access. If a file is defective, missing or inaccessible, contact us promptly so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
5. Licence and intellectual property
Unless a product expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own business planning. You must not resell, share, upload, reproduce or distribute the material, prompts, templates or course content to others.
6. Free resources and availability
We may update, replace or withdraw free resources, classes or website features. We aim to keep paid download access and support reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with forms or systems, upload malicious content, scrape protected materials, or use our resources for unlawful, misleading or harmful activity.
8. Third-party services
The site links to services such as Payhip, WhatsApp and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for third-party outages or content outside our control.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, Bright Bridge is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or business decisions made solely from general educational material. Our total liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product, except where law requires otherwise.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also have mandatory rights in the country where they live.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when products, platforms or legal requirements change. The version in force when you make a purchase will apply to that purchase.
