Rescheduling and refunds: Cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule once or request a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and missed sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law. If we cancel and cannot agree a suitable replacement date, you will receive a full refund.
