For established business owners

Strengthen and grow your Nigerian business.

You already trade in Nigeria and manage it from abroad. Protect the profit you make, see clearly how the business is really performing, then grow it with evidence and support on the ground in Lagos.

For owners abroad with a trading business in Nigeria: shops, distribution, food, property, logistics, farming and services.

Is this you?

Built for owners who can't be there every day.

You live in the UK or elsewhere. Someone else runs the day-to-day in Nigeria: a manager, a partner or a family member. Maybe something feels off. Maybe the business is doing well and you are ready for the next stage. Either way, you want decisions based on evidence, not on the last phone call.

  • You are already trading. There are customers, sales and staff or suppliers, not just a plan.
  • You have records, even if they are messy. Sales notes, bank statements, stock sheets or WhatsApp updates are enough to start.
  • You want a decision, not a lecture. Fix a weak spot, protect your margin, or grow what is already working.
  • You stay in charge. We review, advise and coordinate. You approve every step and every pound spent.

Fix and protect

Something isn't working as it should.

Start with the question that matters now. Each one begins the same way: understanding what is really happening before anyone is blamed or anything is spent.

01 / Performance

Sales are there.
Where is the margin?

Review prices, direct costs and operating records to identify which products, branches or activities deserve closer attention.

The decision: what to price differently, reduce, improve or stop.

Usually starts with: an Assessment
02 / Visibility

The updates arrive.
The figures don't add up.

Compare sales, stock and payment records. Identify gaps and agree a short report you can check without chasing every transaction.

The decision: what needs reconciling, who owns it and what evidence you need.

Usually starts with: an Assessment
03 / People & controls

Too much rests
on one person.

Clarify responsibilities, spending approvals and backup cover so routine work depends less on constant calls to you.

The decision: what to delegate and which controls must come with it.

Often goes straight to: Implementation Support

Grow from strength

The business is doing well. What's next?

Successful businesses in Nigeria often stall at the same point: growth depends on the owner, and the owner is abroad. We help you choose the right next move, test it properly and build the operation that can carry it.

A second branch or location

Check what made the first one work, what it depends on and whether it can be repeated without you.

A new product, service or market

Test demand, pricing and supply with a limited pilot before committing stock, staff or premises.

Better margins at the same size

Grow profit before growing headcount: pricing, product mix, supplier terms and waste.

A management layer that scales

Roles, reporting and approvals so a bigger business doesn't mean more calls to you.

How we approach growth

  1. Check the base. Is the current business profitable, recorded and able to run without you?
  2. Choose the move. Compare options on evidence, cost and risk.
  3. Test it small. A limited, measured pilot with clear stop or go points.
  4. Roll out with controls. Expand with owners, reporting and approvals in place.
Talk through your growth plan

Not sure which move fits? A Decision Session compares your options. A fuller growth decision belongs in an Assessment.

See the approach

A gap in the figures is a question to investigate.

Imagine a founder in Manchester who owns a phone-accessories shop in Abuja. Sales look healthy, but the amount reaching the bank tells a different story.

A useful review starts with the records. Check payment timing, credit sales, authorised cash spending and stock movements before drawing a conclusion about the manager.

Before we talk

A few practical questions.

Do I need an assessment before implementation?

No. If the priorities and brief are already clear, you can commission implementation directly. If the cause of the problem or the next commitment is uncertain, an assessment helps clarify it first.

What if I only need help with one decision?

The Business Decision Session is a focused 60-minute working session using the evidence you bring, followed by a written decision record and next actions. It is £97 until 31 December 2026 and £147 from 1 January 2027. A fuller review belongs in an assessment.

Will you replace my manager, accountant or advisers?

We work around what already functions well. The brief identifies the records and people needed, any gaps in specialist input, and who owns each action. Legal, tax and accounting work is agreed with the relevant professionals.

What records do I need to share?

Whatever the business already keeps: sales records, bank statements, stock sheets, staff and supplier lists, even WhatsApp updates. Messy records are normal. Part of the work is showing what is missing and how to keep it going forward.

Will my business information stay confidential?

Yes. Records you share are used only for the agreed work, and the proposal sets out who sees what. If you need a confidentiality agreement before sharing anything, ask on the free call. See our privacy policy.

Do I have to come to Nigeria?

No. Reviews and meetings run remotely. Where the agreed scope needs someone on the ground, Dayo coordinates it in Lagos, and any travel or field visits are agreed and priced before they happen.

Does 90-Day Support mean you run the business for me?

It covers coordination of the agreed improvements, rather than unlimited or full-time business management. Your proposal sets out milestones, responsibilities and reporting. You remain the decision-maker.
